and camera (GP-VD131 or GP-VD151)

*1 Replacement unit will be shipped next business day (Mon – Fri)
*2 Only available when remote access connection is provided by the customer
*3 During business hours 9am – 5pm CET, 3 hour response time
*4 Excludes basic user operation

Centralised Support 1st line

  • PSCEU Helpdesk based in Cardiff, Wales – local number for your country
  • Multilingual Helpdesk covering: English, Spanish, French, German, Polish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Portuguese languages, other languages supported in English
  • Helpdesk hours: 09:00 – 18:00 CET

Technical Support 2nd line

  • Technical query handling and resolution
  • 24/7 test site for customers to access/dial in
  • Dial in to customer site for remote issue handling and resolution
  • Remote Firmware Updates

Firmware Updates

Remote Firmware updates will be carried out as new versions are released (excludes license-based features)
